Made to Order

At UNUSUWUL studio, we don’t believe in overproduction. Each individual piece is created to order in partnership with our small production facility in Leicester, UK.

Aiming to make in small batches, you can expect to receive your order within 45 working days.

Delivery

UNUSUWUL pieces are made to order. Once production is complete, we pack up and send out to you with Royal Mail 48 hour special delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking details upon despatch to let you know your order is on the way.

Currently we only ship within the UK.

Returns

We hope you'll be satisfied with your UNUSUWUL piece. If, however, for any reason you are unhappy with your order we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods will only be accepted in their original condition. Please get in touch with us directly at studio@unusuwul.co.uk.
